1. Integration of its members and companies - manufacturers of bituminous roofing membranes and shingles,

2. Protection of the members' interests,

3. Representing the members before the state authorities, local authorities or trade union organisations,

4. Running promotional and interventional activities for the benefit of the members,

5. Supporting complete and consistent implementation of modern technologies concerning roofing membrane and bituminous shingles production,

6. Providing the members with an access to the latest information concerning world trends in production, materials, etc. in the area of roofing membrane and shingles manufacture,

7. Co-operation and representation of the members of the Association before national and foreign associations and organisations,

8. Collecting statistical data concerning the market of waterproofing materials - the data collected for the sole use of the Association members.

9. Co-operation with the State administration organs, Measurement Quality Office, Polish Committee for Standardisation, Building Research Institute, Research and Development Centre for Building Insulation Institute (COBR), Polish Chamber of Building Industry and Commerce, General Office for Building Control and Polish Centre for Testing and Certification etc.,

10. Ordering tests concerning the possibility of using roofing membranes and bituminous shingles, informing about the test results,

11. Preparation and distribution of information about enterprises, production capacities and commercial possibilities, needs and offers among the Association members,

12. Opinion and recommendation of products offered by the members of the Association to the domestic and foreign markets,

13. Providing the Association members with the possibility to participate in meetings with representatives having an impact on the construction industry in Poland and abroad, in conferences, seminars, training sessions, fairs, exhibitions, etc.,

14. Assistance and co-operation in preparation of legal documents, advertisements, etc.,
